What happens behind the scenes
Finding your rider
When your delivery is ready to dispatch, nearby online riders are ranked by distance and reliability and offered the job. Offers expire quickly so a delivery never sits with an unresponsive rider.
Pickup verification
The rider must be at the pickup point and enter the sender's pickup code. A rider cannot mark a package collected just by tapping a button.
Proof of delivery
At the destination your recipient gives the rider a delivery code. Only a correct code, entered at the right place, completes the delivery.
