FAQ
Questions, answered
What can I send with D1Express?
Documents, small parcels, phones and electronics, clothing, spare parts, and other items that fit safely on a motorbike. We do not carry anything illegal, hazardous, or too large for a delivery box.
How does motorbike delivery work?
You enter the pickup and destination, confirm the price, and pay. Nearby online riders are offered the delivery and the first to accept is assigned. They collect the package using a pickup code from the sender, then hand it over once your recipient gives them the delivery code.
How is the delivery price calculated?
From the distance between pickup and destination, using rate tiers configured by D1Express. The price is calculated on our servers and shown to you before you confirm — it does not change afterwards without your agreement.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Each order has a status timeline that updates as the rider progresses, and you can see your rider's last reported position while a delivery is active.
How do I become a D1Express rider?
Create an account, choose “Become a rider”, and submit your documents. Every rider is reviewed by our team before they can go online and receive deliveries.
Where is D1Express available?
We are starting in Vientiane. Other cities in Laos will follow as our rider network grows.
Can businesses use D1Express?
Yes. Business accounts with team members and delivery history are supported, and tools for bulk deliveries and integrations are in development. Get in touch and we will set you up.
